MEET OUR TEAM
Marian K. Chavez brings extensive experience in instructional design, program leadership, and professional learning across higher education and workforce development. With a background in online and competency-based education, Quality Matters–aligned course design, and change management, she has led large-scale curriculum initiatives, faculty development programs, and cross-functional teams focused on learner success and measurable outcomes. Marian holds a master’s degree in Organizational Information and Learning Sciences, is a certified Quality Matters Workshop Facilitator and Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies, reflecting her ongoing commitment to innovation, access, and excellence in education.
