Barton Community College’s Federal Human Resources program is currently the only program of its kind in the nation, providing specialized training focused entirely on the unique systems and practices used in federal HR.

Accelerating Opportunity: Kansas, also known as AO-K, is designed to make that next step more accessible, supportive and career-focused.

At Butler Community College, students in the Software Development program build a strong foundation in programming while also exploring Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The program includes hands-on experience with languages and tools such as Python, C#, Java, SQL and cloud-based technologies. Students also learn about coding, databases, systems design, computer vision and robotics learning.
